Lebanon is situated on the Mediterranean sea and was the home of
the Phoenicians. It is rich in organic fruits and vegetables which makes
the cuisine so unique today as it is based on these ingredients.

CEDAR is a big, bold tree that grows in Lebanon and symbolizes strength and longevity. it is the country’s national emblem and can be found on the flag.

CEDAR is family owned and operated and is located a block from the ocean in beautiful Hermosa Beach, California, a few miles from Los Angeles. Our cuisine is prepared daily from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine prepared from family recipes handed down for generations. We have tender, juicy meat kababs and shawerma and provide many choices for vegetarians and vegans as well. We also provide many options for sides and give you the freedom to pick almost anything with no extra charge for substitutions.
